Welcome to yet another change in EMU Planet! Redid the site because the old one was just temporary. Links were jumbled around on it and it was a little confusing. Hope this new one will fit to your needs just a little better. If you have any comments or questions, please do email me and tell me what you have to say. news of emu planet 7.18.99 - Well, I'm about to loose my brother PII 233 because he is going back to college very soon so I'm getting EMU Planet finalized as much as I can... Finalized in graphics and design, not roms or emus. That will never stop. So, I'm going to be using my old 486 Dell Latitude XP 4100c laptop for a while now (about 5 or 6 months) until i get a PIII 500. Member pages have been saved and the server will be back up (hopefully with a much faster line and computer) at that time. Sorry about the hold up... all roms and emus are being transferred to much faster, more reliable remote servers at this time.
7.15.99 - Every day this site keeps getting better and better. We were the FIRST to get you the new latest relase of ZSNES. It rocks! Check it out on the ROM/EMU log thing at the bottom of this page. Also, NEO GEO ROMS ARE UP! The EMU is here but I haven't tested it yet. But, the ROMs are here! 7.14.99 - Some of the zipped packages that ROMs are bundled in might not work. If you have problems unzipping a rom or roms, please email me and tell me that they are not unzipping and I will be glad to fix it. Well, I'm trying to work on the site a little more each night again when I get a chance. Right now, many people are uploading tons of ROMs every night and that is helping EMUP's romcount grow. I would like to thank the persons uploading. If you would like to upload the ftp address is: 205.240.32.112 login: upload pass: upload . Make a directory for the console (if it is not there) and then under that a ROMS directory or EMU directory or both depending on what you are uploading. Thanks alot for your help and enjoy the BEST EMU site on the net! 7.12.99 - Again, yes, another site is up. By the way, recently a new site with our name has come up - its www.emuplanet.com. Really pisses me off. . . oh well. Guess I should have found a domain name quicker. This site is better anyways. Much of those links on the right are not yet working because the files they are linked to on this server have not been created yet. They will be made very soon. rom disclaimer - OK. Let's go through the legal stuff. You want a ROM, right? Well, you must own the acutal cartridge and use the ROM as backup purposes only. Or, you can sample a game (ROM) for 24 hours, then you must erase it completely off your system. I take no responsibility for your actions. All files have been scanned and are virus-free. 7.15.99 @ 10:06 AM CST - Added 15 SNES Roms, 6 NEOGEO Roms, and, YES - JUST RELEASED ZSNES Latest emulator! 7.14.99 @ 10:52 PM CST - Added 24 more Game Boy Roms 7.13.99 @ 11:52 PM CST - Added 11 Game Boy Roms, 6 Color Game Boy Roms, 7 Genesis Roms, and 31 SNES Roms. 7.12.99 @ 9:38 PM CST - NO roms added. However, EMUP members have been graciously helping the site out. Many members are uploading 10 a night. I will get these up soon... just haven't had time to take screenshots of them and get data.
